This grant program supports small scale projects aimed at improving access, experiences, and outcomes for cancer patients and/or carer’s living in the Grampians region.

We are currently evaluating this grants program and will provide an update at a later stage to confirm if we’ll be offering subsequent rounds in the future.

If you have any further questions about this grant funding stream please email GICS at gics@gh.org.au

This project explored the feasibility, acceptability of an Exercise Physiologist and Nursing collaborative approach to providing low intensity exercise and education to cancer patients during systemic anti-caner therapy infusions in the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) Chemotherapy Day Unit.

This project is currently underway and a final report will be available later in the year.
