Our Cancer Follow-up Care Services Catalogue helps health services to take the lead in shaping and improving survivorship care models that cater to the unique needs of cancer survivors.

PICS developed 2 survivorship resources and implemented these across Monash Children’s Hospital and The Royal Children’s Hospital.
