Taste, texture, and smell changes

This resource has been developed by PICS, Victoria’s Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.

It is common to experience sensory changes during treatment for childhood cancer. The leaflet below for parents, carers and families of children affected by cancer discusses changes that your child may experience in how they taste, smell, and feel food.
