Radiation therapy Service Capability Framework for children and adolescents
This resource has been developed by PICS, Victoria’s Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.
This framework describes the requirements of providing safe and high-quality radiotherapy to children and adolescents, for public health services. It includes the minimum workforce, infrastructure, equipment, clinical support services and governance requirements that should always be met to maintain service capability.
This update to the first edition also aligns to the adult Cancer Service Capability Framework for Victoria which is currently in development.
