GRICS team and Gippsland clinicians attend endometrial cancer Optimal Care Summit

In November 2024, the GRICS team and Gippsland clinicians attended a statewide summit to tackle ongoing inequalities in women’s healthcare and contribute to improving outcomes for endometrial cancer patients.

The VICS Optimal Care Summit on endometrial cancer care brought together experts, clinicians, and consumers to address unwarranted care variations, align with the Optimal Care Pathway, and prioritise action for statewide improvement. By being part of this important event, GRICS reinforces its commitment to equitable, high-quality care for women across Gippsland and beyond. The GRICS team look forward to the development of the ‘Victorian Endometrial Cancer Action Register’ to drive change for those women experiencing endometrial cancer.
