Our Project Management Fundamentals workshop is a one-day introductory masterclass designed to equip you with the essential skills and tools to kick-start local improvement projects. Learn how to identify quick-win opportunities, apply basic quality improvement methods, and confidently lead small-scale initiatives that enhance cancer patient care.
