At WCMICS, we recognise the significant challenges facing our member health services in delivering safe, efficient and effective patient-centred cancer care.
Healthcare workers, being at the centre of care delivery, are well placed to recognise the persistent problems and opportunities for improvement, so we want to support you in developing frontline-driven solutions through our IGNITE Mentorship Program.
This 6-month placement offers hands-on coaching, personalised support, and real-world application. Participants gain the confidence and capability to transform innovative ideas into impactful solutions.
