Who can access the service?

  • Age Demographic: Adult 18+
  • When? post curative treatment
  • Patient eligibility: more than 5 years post treatment completion
  • Who can refer me? Specialist eg. oncologist, haematologist, Specialist nursing referrals

Service details:

  • Appointment times: 30-45 minutes
  • Service operations: 1-5 patients, 1 day per week
  • Waitlist: 3-6 months
