As part of our professional development and education resources for health professionals, PICS has developed a series of e-learning videos on survivorship, late complications, and long-term follow-up care for children and adolescents following treatment for cancer.
This is the fifth video in the series, Late complications – Nutrition.
It describes common nutritional issues in children and adolescents who have been through cancer treatment, including:
- fussy eating
- being overweight / obesity
- low bone mineral density
- inactivity.
