The Long Term Follow-up Program (Late Complications e-learning #7)

This resource has been developed by PICS, Victoria’s Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.

As part of our professional development and education resources for health professionals, PICS has developed a series of e-learning videos on survivorship, late complications, and long-term follow-up care for children and adolescents following treatment for cancer.

This is the seventh video in the series, Late complications – The Long Term Follow-up Program.

It describes the principle models of care of the PICS Long Term Follow-up Program (LTFP), which helps children and adolescent survivors of cancer in Victoria to stay healthy years after treatment.
