Central nervous system tumours in children and adolescents (e-learning module)
This resource has been developed by PICS, Victoria’s Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.
As part of our professional development and education resources for health professionals, PICS has developed a series of e-learning modules with input from staff from The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, Monash Children’s Hospital, and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
This module is Central nervous system (CNS) tumours in children and adolescents. It will help learners to:
- Identify the types of CNS tumours seen in children and adolescents
- List some of the presenting signs and symptoms
- Understand the approaches to diagnosis and treatment
- List some of the side effects of both disease and treatment.
The module is freely available, and hosted on the eviQ Education website.
