Implementing electronic chemotherapy prescribing
A project is underway at Eastern Health, supplemented by a NEMICS service improvement grant, to effectively and efficiently transition from paper chemotherapy prescribing to electronic chemotherapy prescribing by all Cancer Services health professionals at Eastern Health. A project officer will enable effective communication between IT and health professionals enabling the implementation to be completed on time and efficiently whilst addressing stakeholder concerns.
