Automating Colonoscopy Quality Monitoring to Strengthen Oversight and Improve National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBCSP) Access

Supported through the HRICS 2026 Michael Kalimnios Memorial Grants Program, this project procured and implemented an automated dashboard to streamline colonoscopy quality monitoring and reporting. Staff training on the dashboard, quality indicators, and reporting processes supported successful implementation and sustainability. The project has reduced administrative burden, improved data accuracy, and freed up clinician time to support patient care, service efficiency, and improved clinic throughput.
