Statewide Cancer Survivorship Program grant recipients

The VICS Cancer Survivorship Program has announced 14 new grants to help embed survivorship care into routine practice.

The statewide program aims to improve care and support for people living with and beyond cancer, in line with the Victorian Cancer Plan, by strengthening and spreading effective survivorship models.

A key feature of the program for 2024–2028 is its grants initiative. We have funded 14 new projects across Victoria, to help health services ensure they can respond to the long‑term health and wellbeing needs of cancer survivors. These projects span diverse approaches — from integrated clinical models to community‑based supports — and will inform ongoing development of sustainable survivorship care statewide.
