Celebrating the voices that help shape better care in southern Melbourne this National Volunteer Week
This National Volunteer Week, the Southern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service (SMICS) is celebrating our Lived and Living Experience Partners (consumers) and the valuable contributions they make to SMICS and to cancer service improvement across southern Melbourne.
By volunteering their time and their willingness to share their lived and living experience, our Lived and Living Experience Partners contribute to our projects and help us design changes that better meet the needs of patients and their families across our diverse region.
We are grateful for the energy and commitment our Lived and Living Experience Partners have given to SMICS and to cancer service improvement in southern Melbourne over many years of involvement.
SMICS is currently recruiting for new Lived and Living Experience Partners to volunteer with us. Click here to register your interest and learn more.
