Cancer Mind Care is a self-help online platform, providing tailored mental health support for people with cancer, their support persons, clinicians and First Nations peoples. It was developed by Gippsland Regional Integrated Cancer Services, Western Central Melbourne Integrated Cancer Services, and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Diversity Links Victoria is an online directory for finding and connecting with bilingual workers, ethno-specific organisations, multicultural services, advocacy groups, and data sources across Victoria’s health, disability, and community sectors.

Health Translations is a free library of Australian multilingual health and wellbeing information, funded by the Victorian Government and managed by the Centre for Culture, Equity & Health. It contains links to thousands of translated resources.

Mycareplan.org.au generates personalised care plans for people who have finished curative cancer treatment.

My Cancer Guide is a searchable directory of cancer support services across Victoria, maintained by Cancer Council Victoria.
