Conquering Breast Cancer

GRICS, in partnership with Moonshine Agency, is proud to present a free screening of the powerful new film Conquering Breast Cancer at Village Cinemas Morwell, followed by a Q&A session with local breast care clinicians.

Featuring well-known Australians including Raelene Boyle AM, MBE and Paul Maley, alongside survivors, advocates and healthcare professionals, the film shares inspiring stories of resilience, innovation and hope while highlighting the importance of breast cancer awareness and early detection.

Following the screening, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from breast surgeon Chere McCamley, GP and GP Liaison Dr Cassie Rickard, lived experience representative and carer Tracey Skinner, McGrath Breast Care Nurses Felicity Wright and Leah Savage. This engaging and informative film has the potential to save lives through education and awareness, and strong community attendance helps expand opportunities for future screenings and conversations across the region.

Free tickets are available now through Trybooking. To watch the trailer or learn more about the campaign, visit Conquering Breast Cancer Trailer and Conquering Cancer Campaign.
