Colonoscopy Dashboard Goes Live at Grampians Health
In August 2025, Grampians Health launched its new Colonoscopy Dashboard—an exciting milestone from the GICS Colonoscopy Access Project, funded in August 2024 to address timely access to Colonoscopy.
Developed through insights from the project’s Diagnostic Report and co-design workshops held in late 2024 / early 2025, the Dashboard reflects seven months of collaboration with key stakeholders across Grampians Health.
It visually maps the colonoscopy referral journey in real time, supporting daily and ongoing management of colonoscopy demand—initially focused on the Ballarat campus, with plans for future expansion.

The Dashboard marks the first major outcome of the Colonoscopy Access Project and represents a significant step forward in improving Colonoscopy referral management at Grampians Health.
