The day began with a gentle and grounding yoga session from the chair led by Hope Carmody. Following morning tea, Paige Burke Dietician from Colac Area Health provided valuable insights into using nutrition to support recovery, manage treatment side effects, and improve overall well-being during and after cancer treatment.
Following a shared lunch, the afternoon shifted into a calm and creative space with Liza Alexander local art teacher, who guided the group through a hands-on art session.
The energy in the room was vibrant, with participants fully engaged throughout each activity.
