As part of the launch of the Victorian Integrated Cancer Services (VICS) Colonoscopy Access Project (CAP) Spread & Scale Funding Program, we are pleased to invite you to attend our CAP Showcase and Learning Forum
The forum will highlight projects funded through previous CAP grant rounds and provide an opportunity to learn from services that have implemented innovative initiatives to improve access to colonoscopy. Presenters will share their experiences, achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and outcomes.

The forum will bring together VICS network members, Integrated Cancer Service (ICS) representatives, clinicians, project leads, administrators, and other stakeholders committed to improving access to colonoscopy services across Health Services in Victoria.
The session will include:
- Presentations from CAP-funded projects
- Key learnings, challenges, and success factors from implementation
- Outcomes and benefits achieved for patients, clinicians, and services
- An overview of the new VICS CAP Spread & Scale Funding Program including information on application processes, timelines, and supporting resources
This forum provides an excellent opportunity to hear practical examples of service improvement initiatives and explore ideas that may be relevant to your organisation or region.
